Overview

We are excited to offer a Project Management Learnership Program specifically designed for individuals living with disabilities. This learnership provides participants with the opportunity to gain skills and experience in managing projects across various industries, preparing them for a successful career in project management.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Supporting the team with project documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Assisting in tracking project progress and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Managing project resources, including materials and personnel.
  • Helping prepare meeting agendas and taking minutes during project meetings.
  • Assisting in preparing and maintaining project budgets.
  • Communicating with project stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Organizing and maintaining project files, both physical and digital.
  • Assisting in risk management and reporting any issues or delays.

Requirements

  • Disability Status: Applicants must provide a valid medical certificate confirming their disability.
  • Educational Background: Matric Certificate and an NQF Level 4 qualification in Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Age Range: 18 to 27 years old.
  • Location: Applicants must be based in Johannesburg and able to travel to Randburg for the program.
